MWLS 2013: Take the leadership leap

How Will Mid-America Regional Staff Serve Congregations?

The multiple points of entry feature means that if you — as a lay or professional leader in your congregation — have a question or need some help with some aspect of congregational life, you have options for how to get support and help. We know that individual relationships are vital and we encourage anyone who has an ongoing relationship with one of the Regional Staff team to contact the person with whom you are most comfortable, just as you’ve done in the past. If you don’t have a relationship with one of us, an individual team member from each district has been designated as a “point of entry” contact. In Central Midwest, it will be Dori Davenport Thexton. In Prairie Star, it will be Nancy Heege. In Heartland, it will be Lisa Presley.

Either way you contact us, we are creating a system for assessment and referral so that the response to your question or need will benefit from all of our input and expertise.

We are looking forward to creating these new systems. We want and need your feedback as we move forward.
