Some housing options are included in the Registration Fee. Other options have a surcharge or a discount from the Registration Fee.
Discounts and surcharges are noted under each option. See Registration Fees for complete fee schedule.
At registration you will express your preferences for housing. Camp staff will assign housing early in May to everyone registered by then. After May 5, camp staff will assign remaining housing as registrations are received. Camp staff will try to honor your housing preferences, but it may not be possible because there is limited space in each building. Camp participants will be notified of their assignment and invoiced for housing fees above the deposit.
Note to families: Parents, teens, and children will be housed together.
Comparable to a very nice motel, the Swanson Center is the most luxurious housing at the camp. Each air-conditioned room has two queen-sized beds, its own bathroom and shower, television, telephone, and wireless broadband internet. Paved sidewalk to the dining hall. There are 28 rooms available. ADA accessibility and elevator. There is a big shaded front porch with rocking chairs, a large patio in the back, and several large meeting rooms, some of which have large screen TVs. Bedding and towels are provided.
Cost: Registration Fee per person plus a surcharge of $250 per room for the week.
Each air-conditioned room has two double beds, a desk, a television, and a sink. Bath facilities are “down the hall.” Located adjacent to the dining hall, and close to meeting rooms for most of our activities. There are a few breakout nooks. There are 17 rooms available; would work for families of four, if children are willing to share a bed. Two floors, no elevator. Bedding and towels are provided.
Cost: Registration Fee per person plus a surcharge of $150 per room for the week.
Located close to the dining hall and the gymnasium, Angel’s Gulch is a small facility with a couple of comfortable, small meeting rooms. The building is air conditioned. Two sleeping rooms include three bunk beds in each room, and there’s a single room with one single bed. There are two bathrooms. Bedding and towels are NOT provided.
Cost: Registration Fee per person. No extra charge.
The campground has 20 electrical and 10 water hook ups (but no sewer hook ups). Accessible by car or by foot along a gravel road, with the dining hall a 10-minute walk away. Campers must bring their own tent, camper, or RV. Bedding and towels are NOT provided. Restrooms and shower house are located at the adjacent Spring Cabins, less than 5-minutes' walk from the campground.
Cost: Registration Fee is $100 less per person than other housing options.
