Advance registration is closed. Registration will be available at the door (cash and checks only), but meals cannot be guaranteed for late registrants.
New this year
Lower registration fee for Young Adults, Youth, and Children!
We are deeply grateful to the Riverboat Development Authority of Davenport for a generous grant that allows us to reduce registration fees for young adults and youth and to eliminate registration fees entirely for children, including infants and toddlers. Our goal is to attract younger folks to the conference, helping us to re-invigorate our congregations and District and to engage future leaders. Please note that these fee reductions and eliminations are for this year only. Registration Fees
Registration fees do not include the cost of Accommodations.
Adult (age 36 and over) $140 per adult on or before extended to March 23, 2010 $160 per adult March 24, and after Young Adult (ages 18 through 35) $80 per young adult on or before extended to March 23, 2010 $100 per young adult March 24, and after Youth (Grades 7 through 12) $50 per youth Child (infants, toddlers and under Grade 6) $0 per child accompanied by a registered adult Registration Deadlines

Adults and Young Adults Early registration deadline: extended to March 23, 2010 11:59 PM Online registration deadline: April 16, 2010, noon. Mail in registration deadline: received by April 8, 2010, noon in Davenport. Registration extended to received by noon on April 20. Walk-in registration, will be accepted, but meals cannot be guaranteed. We recommend you register by the deadlines. Youth and Children Deadline for Registration and Permission Forms – received by April 8, noon in Davenport. (This includes on-line and mailed registration forms as well as mailed permission forms). Deadline extended. Online Registration ended at noon on April 16. Mail in Registrations and mailed Permission forms must be received by noon on April 20. No registrations for children and youth will be accepted after the deadlines, because of the need to provide staffing and supervision for these ages. Register On-Line Online registration closed at noon on Thursday, April 16, 2010. This year the registration form needs to be completed for every individual of any age (Child, Youth, Adult) attending the conference. For Youth (Grades 7 through 12) and Children (infants, toddlers, and children through Grade 6): A separate parental permission form is required in addition to the registration form. The permission form must be signed by the parent or guardian and submitted by mail. We must have original signatures. If you prefer, you may print the following forms and pay by check. We cannot accept credit cards with mailed registrations.
Registration Form (PDF, 60 KB) Mailed registration forms must be received in Davenport by April 8, 2010, noon. Deadline extended to noon on April 20. Please leave plenty of time for possible delays in postal delivery. Please print and complete a registration form for each individual in your party regardless of age.

Registration and Check-In On Site
Conference registration and check-in will be in the lobby of the Radisson, immediately inside the Radisson’s Second Street entrance. Conference registration and check-in will be open from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm Friday and from 7:00 am to 11:00 am on Saturday. Participants who have been named as delegates by their congregation must sign-in at the conference check-in table by 7:30 AM on Saturday in order to be able to vote at the Annual Business Meeting. Other Pertinent Registration Information Don’t forget to make arrangements for accommodations in Davenport or the Quad Cities. See Accommodations for information about the conference hotel and how to make reservations there, or for information about how to share a room. The reservation deadline for the conference rate at the Radisson is March 16, 2010. The reservation deadline for the conference rate at the Holiday Inn Rock Island is March 23, 2010. By registering for the conference you are agreeing to be photographed. Videos and photos may be used on our web site and in District print publications. If you have serious concerns about your picture being used, please call Barb Robinson at 563-381-3561 prior to the conference. You will need to let us know some way to identify you (perhaps a distinctive jacket or hat) during the conference so that we will know not to use your picture. Cancellations
To cancel a Conference Registration, e-mail LaDonna Anderson, Conference Registrar, at the address below.
If we receive your cancellation in hand on or before April 8, we will refund your fees minus a $10 processing fee. Refunds will be made by check. If you cancel after April 8, or we receive your cancellation in hand after that date, we will be unable to refund your fees. Hotel reservations must be canceled with the hotel. Roster of Attendees
After the conference, you will be able to download a full roster of attendees (minus those who opt out), including contact information. Please request the password from our Web Coordinator, Ben Stallings..
